The hotel is planning to improve and upgrade in 2006. Some new services will be offered, such as: swimming pool, internet, restaurant, bar and standard rooms to serve guests staying for a long period of time.

The hotel has a large lobby lounge with an area of 16 square metres, convenient for receiving visitors or for relaxing & reading the newspaper. The restaurant only serves breakfast, coffee and tea.
