• All rates are in USD per room per night, including buffet breakfast, 10% VAT and 5% Service charge.
• Maximum 2 children under 10 years old, sharing with adults using existing bed. Extra breakfast for children from 5 to 10 years old will be charged.
• More US$ 15/child for child (4 -12) sharing room with parents.
• Surcharge USD 5/kinds of room:
  - The new year: January 1 to 11 January: 10 nights
  - King Hung anniversary (Mars 10 of Lunar Year)
  - From April 12th to April 13th: 1 night
  - From the December 28th 2011 to the January 1st of 2012: 4 nights
• Surcharge 20% on these days:
  - Tet Holidays (January 02nd to the January 06th of Lunar Year): 4 nights
  - Victory & International Labour day (April 28th to the May 2nd): 4 nights
